A good portion of this property was farmed at one time, then seeded to grass for CRP, the CRP has run out now but it makes good dryland hay production and excellent pasture. There are four grain bins, corrals, and a very good free flowing well. Borders county road for good acess. Great hunting for deer, antelope, turkey, etc.
